Data exported from Cpk analysis graph is not complete

When exporting data to excel in the Cpk analysis without applying any "Group by", the exported data is not complete, lots of data is missing. 

The error seems not occur when applying "Group by Operator" and "Group by serial number" filter (just tried these 2 filters so far).
