Filtering by test sockets

Use case: a lot of our production test fixtures have multiple sockets. When analyzing yield, test failure causes and measurement statistics it is important to by able to filter out one or few test sockets for better analysis. For example, measurement distribution could vary from socket to socket and could cause different test failures.

Suggestion: Add filtering by test socket (TestStand based systems - test socket index) option to all reports and dashboards

  Hi, 

  100% agree. I am also expressing this request to Virinco last time but at the minimum, only to add test socket index to UUT report as this is the endpoint with the other related parameters such as station and fixture id.

  Will follow this topic from now on.

  Mi Marius,

  this is possible using our Dynamic Yield report.
  In Dynamic Yield, create a new view and use the column options to add the Socket Index column.

  Any filter you apply to this report will have individual rows for each registered socket.
