    Hi Kenneth,

    Is that a new process? If so, it is likely that the client has not been updated yet. Downloading new processes may take up to 1 hour. Try to restart your computer to force an update. Let us know if the problem still occurs after this.

    I have tried to restart the computer. Same result. The file is removed from the folder, and two folders are created: Done and Error

    Any other ideas?

    Updating the client to latest release fixed the issue.
