    Hi
I would really appreciate this feature in WATS.
We perform this test on all new test equipment we make and also when we are in doubt if the test equipment is performing ok.

    Hi Bjarne.

Will adding this functionality to the GR&R step details view be helpful?

Are the values (Cg and Cgk) sufficient or do you prefer the chart?

    Hi Tommy
We very seldom do the GR&R test, so I don't know how it looks in WATS?
But what I need is that I can filter into the test of the same serial number that has been tested several times.
Then show the result in a schema with the following columns:
Part number, Serial Number, Operator, SW filename, Number of parts, DUT id, PC name, Fixture, Step name, Status, Low limit, Value, High limit, Mean, StDev, Cg, CgK, Bias, %Var(Repeatability), %Var(Repeatability and Bias), P value.

It should be possible to do the Type 1 test with "No Bias test".

About Chart: I would like that I can point at a test step and then get a chart of that Type1 test. Also have the possibility to export data to excel or Minitab (in a format that Minitab understand), by pointing at a single test step.

    Thanks in advance
    Bjarne

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with minitab.

Can you elaborate on the "No bias test"? Is this essentially the same as excluding the Cgk and %Var(Repeatability and Bias) calculations?

I think its not necessary to have the option for "No bias test".
In Minitab they just show a graph without P and T value.

One thing more: The reference value for the Type1 test can be the average value for the measurements of the single steps. This will show no bias.
Then if I chose to see a graph for a step, then I would like to have the opportunity to change:

    • Reference value
    • Upper/lower specification

and see the result with these values.

    Example Graph:
And Table like this (sorry for the small picture):
