Dashboard sharing/sending to selected users (private to private)

Today user A can share private dashboard to colleague user B, only by making the dashboard public for a moment, until B has then gone and copied the public dashboard to their private dashboard library.

Currently there is no function to "send" private dashboard to another user, after which the receiving user could decide to accept or ignore to add the sent dashboard to their private dashboard list.

This hinders sharing dashboard from one editor/creator to multiple requesters in case where we do not want to leave the dashboard on the public side for long time, or even momentarily. Idea behind this is that possible to provide exact same dashboard, and latest version of it to correct users, without showing even any title level descriptions to all users of the server.
