Some Date-fields not working with Google Chrome

HI,

 

I have an issue when using Google Chrome. Date buttons are not working on the following pages:
- Test step yield & analysis
- Periodic yield
- Rolled throughput yield
- Process capability analysis

if using Edge or Firefox the buttons are working.

Also buttons on 
- Yield report
- Product and test yield
- etc
are working with Google Chrome (these seems to be different component that non-working ones)

  Used browser versions:
  - Chrome Version 94.0.4606.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  - Edge Version 94.0.992.31 (Official build) (64-bit)
   - Firefox : 92.0.1 (64-bit)

  My colleague had same kind of problem yesterday and it got fixed by refreshing the page fully from the server, ctrl - F5 I guess.

  But clearing the cache did.
