Add a possibility to recalculate the GR&R % Tolerance with new applied limits (as in the test step analysis)

To verify our production line, we are using the GR&R % Tolerance in wats

The GR&R % Tolerance in wats are based on the high and low limit, unfortunately the limits from our factories logfiles are sometimes wrong.

By adding a possible to apply new limits (as in the test step analysis) in wats we will be able to recalculate the GR&R % Tolerance, based on the new corrected limit.
