Manual Inspection; Use variables in the WWF designer

It would be powerful if the WWF designer supports the use of variables.

Typical cases:

• If multiple tests have the same limit, it can be set or modified at once using a variable
• A measurement value entered by a operator can be used for instance as a limit further in the MI sequence (maybe with some math).
