PC station not reappearing in System Manager after being removed

    Are you sure that you're looking for the tester under it's computer name? Sometimes a different name is used in reports submitted, but WATS System Manager still uses the system name.

    Yes. I have searched through all the possible places it can be in System Manager.
    Going through the Changelog i see a "RegisterClientToken" with a matching PC name, but nothing more than that.

    This is definitely not a regular behavior, it calls for a support ticket. If you haven't already e-mailed support@virinco.com, you probably should.
