In Delete mode, when results are grouped by column, there should be additional checkbox allowing to select entire group for deletion.

  A quick update on this: For the upcoming 20.2 release, you will get the ability to mass select rows in the grid, much the same way as you do in Windows explorer (select one row, then hold down shift and select another row, and all rows between will be selected). This should make it fairly quick to select an entire group, by simply clicking the first and last row in the group.
  
  For 20.3, later this year, we will look into adding a selection checkbox for the group itself, as you suggested, to make it even more convenient.

  I reeealy see a need for this, I have 11556 reports to delete and the only way to filter them out is by using column grouping.
