Hello
We are using the Teststand batch model in our burnin and we want to create a "Product and yield analyse" per testsocket.

  A new "dynamic Yield" report allowing you to select multiple dimensions is in development and target release 20.3.

  Please note that the RestAPI supporting this queries was released with ver 20.2.

  Agreed. Even just being able to select Test Socket as a filter parameter in UUT Report etc. would be a big improvement. Never really understood why this is not possible.
