Assembly control trigger

I wanted to ask if it's possible to get a trigger setting which sends a notification (e-mail) when a PCBA gets assembled although it didn't pass the PCBA test.

Example:
PCBA gets tested and fails:
SN: RC190100001
PartNr: 6336-REMOTE-00047
Station: BLTRMB1
Process: PCBA test

Then an assembled device with this PCBA gets tested and passes:
SN: 0280500001190001
PartNr: 6336-REMOTE-00050
Station: FSTRAUT1
Process: AFST
sub-unit: RC190100001

The trigger should shoot if an assembled device passes but the included sub-unit never passes the previous board level test.
