Operator interface giving error after trying to submit repair data
AnsweredHello,
While we try to submit repair data to operator interface, but it gives an error and we cannot submit anything. I will give detailed overwiev of our submit process:
We open operator interface, scan in defective board serial number. Then we open this screwdriver logo "repair" tab and Select repair operation, identify UUT report and add failures. Until that everything is OK, but then we want to click save or submit, silverlight 99% of times gives error like that:
This property cannot be set to a null value.
Error Details
at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.ThrowForNonSuccess(Task task)
at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccess(Task task)
at Virinco.WATS.MES.OperatorInterface.ViewModels.RepairWizardViewModel.<Save>d__2.MoveNext()
1% of times we could add the failures to SkyWats, but 99% of times it will fail. We have runned only on 32 and 64bit windows 7, but different hardware, silverlight is updated, IE, Firefox and Chrome are the browsers that we use (all have latest updates), all give same error. Is there any fix for that? Or are we doing something wrong for submiting the data?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Taavi,
There's a known issue with providing the "Comp Ref" value when adding failures, and there's a fix for this which will be deployed when it's been fully tested.
Some has reported that a workaround is to press the TAB key directly after the "Comp Ref" value has been provided.
