Production Manager - add change description

It would be great to have a second filed "Changed Description" separate form Description. We are putting description of the package (name is in format DOC-xxxxxxx) in the description filed but we would like to have also place to describe what has been changed from previous ver. IT would be great to have a possibility to "format" links (add name instead of HTTP link (like in word)
