RCA Ticket improvement ideas
Completed- It would be useful if we could manually add a test report reference to a RCA ticket (i.e. the ticket was created using the Root Cause Dashboard rather than from the "Create Root Cause Ticket" option in the UUT Grid. When operators create the ticket the "wrong" way it makes it difficult to associate the RCA ticket with the test fail and we end up having to add manual inspection records to "point" to the relevant RCA ticket.
- It would be useful if each RCA ticket could be linked to multiple test reports (i.e. A UUT fails 2 or more test runs for the same reason - the ticket detailing the resolution could be linked to all applicable test reports.)
- It would be useful to have a manual export feature available within the RCA ticket to allow the contents to be shared easily with end customers who don't have access to WATS.

Hi Philip,
We have made several improvements to the Root Cause Analysis module based on your first and third suggestions, which will be included in the upcoming cloud release. These enhancements include the ability to manually add or remove reference(URL) and enable content export directly from a ticket.
