Track sample units

We use a set of sample units which are known pass/fails to verify new firmware releases and to ensure that the test setup does its job. Is there a way to label these serial numbers in WATS? Both to easily track them, but also to ensure that they don't affect other statistics like yield when run through the test stations

  Hi Zawadi, if you want to keep these tests separated to not affect your production KPIs we advice to use one of the following options:

  1. Use a dedicated process (For example "SW Debug" or make a new one: "Firmware verification".
  2. Add a post- or pre-fix to the part number, i.e: 246377_FWVER
