Export Curve Data Shows "could not find and data"

Hi,

I'm using GN hearing account and trying to export test curve data, the curve can be seen in the single UUT test report:

But when I go to step details, try to export this step test curve, it shows "Could not find any chart data."

Please help to look into this, see is there any step I am doing it wrong?
