Change FavIco

There might be a possibility to change FavIcon of WATS server in order to easy distinguish server on which you are working. 

For example different one for Slave, different for another slave, different for test server, different for master server. 

It is OK to use WATS standard bee icon but in different colour. 

This setting shall be available on the setting and shall be global for all users.
