Production manager for workflow definition

Hi WATS team:

I want to ask why my "workflow definition" is grey and I cannot create the workflow by using WATS?

  Hi, yes, this is because the WorkFlow module is not supported by the public cloud solution and is not offered to new customers. The reason is that it uses a deprecated module that Azure no longer supports.

  We are in the process of developing a new version, with the working title WorkFlow 2.0, which will be a different approach to enforcing and analyzing the flow of products through your production. We are still early in this process and I don't have a target date or any details about this yet.

  The production module is available, and provides a framework for enforcing workflow, but you would have to implement the flow and rules yourself. The production module needs to be turned on by us, and will in most cases require some kind of preparation and integration to get started.
