Requesting some improvements to the Root Cause Tickets:
1. Keyword Search: Currently, filter for keyword works on a single field only. Would like to have a "keyword search" that searches the entirety of tickets (including subject, tags, and body) for results
2. New Column: Would like a new column for "Last Message". This doesn't necessarily need to show up in the tickets table but would really like it exportable. Right now, the only exportable fields are the visible fields.

  We have discussed this internally and will implement your first suggestions. It is however unlikely we will add the last message as this could potentially make the API call retrieving the list of tickets a lot slower (in case of large messages containing images etc).
