    • We got the step status column for a given serial number. It would be nice to have a column for overall test status for the serial number too.

      For the columns above, could you expand a bit? Which grid are you referring too here? The data grid in Step details? Some more details/screenshots would be appreciated.



    • Start time is not formatting correct in excel. Only showing date - missing time
      - This is a known issue, and we are waiting for a fix in third party software for this.
    • How should I understand "Last Run" in the "Run" filter? As it works it show the same as All run. I would expect that it showed the last run for every serial number and not all run for each serial number.
      - Last run should, as the name suggest only show the last run for the unit yes, not all of them. So unless there is only a single run, they should not be alike no. I'll have RND take a look if there is an issue in the preview regarding this.

    Hi Andreas

    This is referring to data grid in Step details:

    • Part number and Step name should be part of File name, when exporting to excel.
            When exporting to excel the filename is named "step-details_Export_date". If you export a lot of data files and want to handle them in excel afterwards, you have to open the files to see What they are about and even then you cant see the step name in any column or at all.

    • Missing possibility to ad Step name in column options

    • Missing possibility to ad String limit in column options

                   You can chose String value in Column options, but not expected string.

    • We got the step status column for a given serial number. It would be nice to have a column for overall test status for the serial number too. Also that the status is a string (Passed/Failed) instead of boolean (1/0) when it's exported to Excel.

    Thanks for the clarification, Bjarne. We'll have a look at this and try to address your requests. Since this is a collection of requests, we might not implement all of them in one batch, but keep an eye on the cloud release over the next few releases (https://support.virinco.com/hc/en-us/sections/115000845066-WATS-Cloud-releases).

    Comment specially for the Step List "Select All" / "Select none" tick in the corner (same logic should of course be in all lists) (snip of the "tick" below). Could we think to change the logic on this tick a bit, so that if there is something selected, then the first action would be "Select none" instead of "Select All".
    Imaging case: You have 6 similar steps selected, and you want to change selection to another 6 steps. Currently this is two click operation, while it could be one.
    I would imaging that most of us would want to make the "Select none" if something is selected. Instead of "Select all"...
    Change would require relearning for the older WATS user... I understand that...

    Bjarne: These issues is now addressed as far as I can see, so closing this issue. Note that adding the step name to the file name of the exported Excel file is added in a hotfix release not yet published, so it may take a week or so before it is live.

    Jouni: Unfortunately the selection logic is part of a third party component. We can raise this as a suggestion for the providers of this component, but I can't promise this will change.
