WATS on prem - slave high availability

It would be good to have a possibility to input 2 addresses in WATS client. It would be contacting one or another server in case of one of them will be down then the second one would take all the load. In case both of them are available - then the load might be balanced between them. 

Then there would be a need of sync between those servers to have all the data available in both of them. 

MES units functionality shall also be synced between master and both of slaves.
