Roles and permissions - Unable to edit new roles or delete roles
AnsweredHello. I have a Enterprise subscription plan. I can create new roles under "Roles and permissions", but the new roles are empty (no permissions found) and I don't see anywhere to add permissions. Also I am unable to delete roles I have created. I delete a role, and after I click "Refresh" it pops back into the list.

There is no way to add permissions, those are defined by WATS. If you're unable to see any permissions in a created role, please open a support ticket by emailing support@wats.com.Comment actions
