Are we able to add FailureReason to a notification?
When getting a notification, say for the Unit has been tested 5 times and not passed, it would be helpful to see the failure reason in the notification.
Depending on the failure reason, the support person would change.
Currently, someone on the distribution list has to click on the link in the notification, and then follow up with the person who needs to look at the issue.
If we would add the failure reason to the notification itself, then the support person would be more obvious.
