    Hi Kenny,.

    Have you considered to create an RCA ticket for this?

    Optionally, I guess you could create an UUR report with a "OEE Minor Stoppages" process code and corresponding category/codes (Part shortage, staffing issue, systems issue, etc.). This way you can use the repair analytics reports to see statistics and trends of OEE issues.
