Client Status is Pending in System Manager
When looking at a couple of our systems in the System Manager, I noticed that there is an orange exclamation mark and the Client Status says Pending. The client has been uploading test reports without issue.
I have used the same token that we use on our testers for install, and they do not have the pending status.
How do we get the Client out of the pending status?

Hi Kenny.
The client submits the number of pending files to the server once every hour, and the system manager will decorate it with status pending if there are more than 100 files in queue. You should be able to see the number of pending files on the converters tab. The client will get out of pending status only when the number of pending files fell below this threshold value.
