Manual Inspection - Input of data and readability

The Line Break issue have now been solved which I'm happy about, however I have the following observations: 

1. The description can only fit 3 lines before scroll wheel is added. There is a lot of unused space. 

2. The comma/del  key on numpad is not recognised as a decimal separator.

3. There is a delay between typing a number and being able to press the "Confirm" button / press enter. 

Would it be possible to improve on these aspects? Though I assume the last point wouldn't be a quick fix.
