Alarms and Notifications - Allow different email recipients based off Level
AnsweredWe have locations all over the world, and when there is an issue at 1 plant, the plant 2 does not want to get notified.
Since we have a large number of locations and support staff, we are running into the 30 rule limit for the Alarms and Notifications.
Example: Each plant would like to know when FPY is below 95 %, so we make copies of the same rules, but filtered when Level. This way we can have a specific email list for each plant.
But, this causes a lot of duplication of rules, and then limits us to the number of rules we can have running.
We would like to have 1 rule for a common notification, but based on the Level, the email list changes. If FPY is below 95% at plant 1, use the plant 1 email list, etc.

Hi Kenny.
If the users (recipients) are restricted to a level, they will only receive notifications for the level they are restricted to.
In such a scenario, you should be able to create only one single rule with all recipients.We will also increase the limit of 30 rules to 50 in a upcoming version.
