Add `reportText` value to available dimensions when exporting certificates

Currently, it is not possible to export certificates with report text column which we use quite often to log messages and embed graphs from the step. 

I am wondering if it would be possible to add reportText property to available values of dimensions parameter of /api/Export/Certificate so that we can export certificates with this column added.
