Add possibility to change local time for users "globally". In our case we have ~50 users with various degree of IT-knowledge, it will not be appreciated to send out a "mass e-mail" and try to guide everyone to set local time on their own and frankly it doesn't give a good first impression of a modern system having to set the clock manually. (Maybe at first login you could get a prompt asking if you want to set the clock according to your local time zone.)

  Thanks for the feedback. We will certainly consider this. Just a few quick questions: how "invasive" would you envision this feature to be?
  
  Should it only be the default for new users, or should it affect existing users?
  If the latter, should it change settings for users which already has set their own local time, or only affect those on UTC (the default)?
  If time zone is changed by Administrator/Manager, would the user be able to change the time zone to something else, or would it essentially lock the whole organization to a single time zone? Or is that a choice for the Administrator/Manager?
  
  As for choosing time zone for new users, we did consider that when making the new start screen for new users earlier this year, but opted for not including it for the time being, mainly because there are a lot of things to consider for companies operating in multiple time zones.
