Error Reason update in Client

We have another engineer that was creating a WSTF formatted file, and the root caused ended up being that the Units field was not being provided for NumericLimitTest.

The WATs client was giving the error: Start parsing: 9/12/2023 12:15:40 PM
Parse error in line 69: ReadFile Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Line: 69

Instead of "Index out of bounds" could we get an error "Incorrect format, required input Units value is missing" or similar error?
