The decreased performance was related to insufficient CPU resources on the application server. The POD has been scaled to a higher service tier to handle the increased load.
The issue has been resolved, but we will continue to monitor the service closely the next hours to verify the fix..

WATS accounts located in the US cannot log in or experience slow performance. We are investigating the problem and working on the issue. We will post updates as soon as we have identified the root cause of this issue.
