Fixed

Add UTC first/last seen as columns in Dynamic yield
Dynamic Yield - add all templates as pre-created views for all new users
Reduce 'High number of converter errors' message threshold from 100 to 10
Reporting - OEE analysis includes to many days if you have a positive local time zone offset
Reporting - Dynamic yield may display wrong data when the "misc info value" column is added
