This feature requires WATS version 2019.1 or newer.
When you press an item in the lists in Home or Yield report, you enter the 'Top 10 failures' drilldown. This view shows a list of the top 10 most failed steps for the given yield report. It contains:
- a graph showing previous period vs current period report count. The numbers on the top are the number of reports for each period. The numbers below are, from left to right, how long ago the previous period started, how long ago the previous period ended and the current period started, and when the current period ended.
- the information about the yield report.
- a list of the top 10 failed steps
Each step shows the step type, the step name and step path, the total amount the step has executed, the number of times it has failed (if any) in red, the number of times it has caused an error (if any) in orange, and the number of times it has caused the test to terminate (if any) in blue.
If the step has multiple measurements, those can be viewed by pressing the step. A step has multiple measurements if a plus icon is displayed. Measurements show the measurement name, the total amount the measurement has executed, the number of times it has passed in green, and the number of times it has had a failure in red.
Single numeric steps and the measurements of multiple numeric steps can be further analysed, as indicated by the arrow, by pressing them. That opens the 'Step trend analysis', which contains:
- the information about the yield report.
- the information about the step.
- the information about the measurement, if any.
- a chart showing max, average, and minimum measured values for the step per day, as well as the high and/or low limits, if any.
The line in the middle of the chart shows where the previous period ends and the current period begins.
The limits can be turned off with the switch at the bottom.
The chart shows the measurements including the failed measurements by default. To see only the passed measurements, turn 'Failed meas' off.
Touching the chart will show a tooltip showing the value of each series at a date, as well as the number of tests ran that day. The chart can be zoomed.
