All services are back to normal.
The service interruption was caused by a hardware failure on a database server. The automatic failover took about 15 minutes to complete, and during this failover the services were unavailable.

skyWATS.com accounts on Pod 1 and Pod 2 are currently experiencing connection problems and error messages. We are investigating the issue and will post updates as soon as we have identified the root cause for this issue.
