Root cause has been identified and we are planning server maintenance to address the issue. All accounts on Pod 1 will be updated the following days.

Instances on Pod 1 are still having problems. A manual update has been pushed to reduce the impact. The SW Module is currently not working.

Some skyWATS.com accounts on Pod 1 are still seeing periodic connection problems, error messages and reduced performance. Problem is related to DNS lookup.
We continue to investigate root cause.

Some skyWATS.com accounts on Pod 1 are experiencing connection problems and error messages related to synchronization. We have identified a problem with the Software Distribution module and are currently working on a fix.
