End support for Silverlight based Software Manager

WATS Server release 21.1 will no longer support the existing Silverlight based Software Manager and it will be made unavailable by default from your web application.

A new modern angular based UI - Production Manager - will replace the Silverlight based Software Manager (available in Preview in WATS Server version 20.3).

This has the following impact:

• The Software Manager will not have direct access from the WATS Start page (main menu item), but be implemented as a part of the Control Panel. The new favorites option will allow you to add a shortcut on the Start page.
• All existing functionality should be replaced by the new Production Manager, all though some actions may be performed differently.
• This will have no affect on existing packages or files already uploaded to your WATS account.
• The new Production Manager will merge all managers into one (Workflow/Manual Inspection manager (MES manager), Software Manager)
