All services are back to normal.
An orphaned backup process caused blocking issues on the database server, causing decreased performance.
We will continue to monitor the service closely the next hours.

Affected accounts are running on POD NND02.
All other PODs should run as normal.

We see decreased performance on WATS cloud accounts. Some accounts cannot log in and load the application. The issue is related to Database Server(s) in MS Azure. We are working on the issue and will post updates as soon as we have identified the root cause for this issue.
