The decreased performance was related to insufficient CPU resources on the application server during a heavy load on the export wizard. The issue has been resolved and corrective actions will be implemented to prevent future issues.

We see decreased performance on some cloud accounts. The issue is related to the Export wizard consuming to many resources in some cases. We are investigating the issue and will post updates as soon as we have identified the root cause for this issue.
