The decreased performance was related to insufficient CPU resources on the application server. The issue has been resolved, but we will continue to monitor the service closely the next hours to verify the fix.

WATS accounts on Pod 4 are currently experiencing connection problems and error messages. We are investigating the issue and will post updates as soon as we have identified the root cause for this issue.
