Some accounts may experience slow performance in the Analytics module if the instance contains large amounts of products. This is related to the frontend part of the web application only, and do not affect the performance of receiving reports.

The root cause of the issue has been located and a fix has been implemented. We are preparing internal testing to make sure the issue is resolved before updating the affected accounts.

All WATS accounts using SSO provider other than Google, Auth0 or Okta, and on Cloud version 2025.2.8.617, are currently not able to login using the configured provider. This error also affects the ability to currently change the SSO provider. As a workaround, the WATS authentication can be temporary enabled in the Account page, if disabled, in order for users to login with username and password. Each User must also have WATS authentication enabled in Control panel > Users.
