Product & Test yield

The Product & Test yield report generates yield analysis matching your filter. If you will dig deeper into a given yield value, you will also have the opportunity to export the values to excel from the action menu.

Report Grid

By applying your filter a grid will display the result. Use the icon to inspect each row in detail, or drill into other reports by using the drill-down button.   See the article Using and customizing the report grids for further details.

Product and test yield chart

The product and test yield chart displays a bar and line chart showing number of units, first, second third and last pass yield. The sorting and order by setting of the grid will affect the sorting of the chart-data.
