You can edit Dashboard filters used in every widget. Most filters uses the well known WATS filter with similar options. To edit filters:
- Select your dashboard in the dashboard menu.
- Click "Manage" in the top-right corner.
- Click "Edit widgets".
- Select the widget you want to edit by clicking on it. A widget toolbox will have appeared where you can select the edit tab. Edit the widget settings and filter options for the specific widget there. Type the desired filter options like Part Number or Station Name. Please see that the filter data entered returns a valid result. Use the "save" button to save the widget changes. (NB! If you can't see the widget toolbox, make sure the "show toolbox" option is turned on in the top-right corner of the screen.)
Time span:
You can choose to set a time span for the widget specifically or you can choose to use a general time span for all your widgets in the current dashboard. If you choose to to set a time span for a widget specifically by choosing a different option than "Use dashboard filter" in the "Period type" widget filter field, you will override whatever time span you may have selected in the dashboards quick date option. (Here the dashboard filter time span is set to 7 days).
You can adjust the dashboard filters time span by either clicking 1, 7, 30 or you can make your own time span up to 12 months back in time. To make your own time span click "Manage" in the top right corner, then select "Set custom quick dates". The dashboards time span is determined by the chosen “Period Grouping” and the "Number of Periods". You may for example specify "months" grouping and "3" periods to have the widgets display data for the last 3 months.
After you have made a custom quick date, it will appear in the top-right hand corner, next to the 30 day time span.
Simply click it and all the widgets (that has not overwritten the time span in the widget filter option) will display data for the custom time span that you made.
