The Unit Verification Rules is used in the “Total process yield” report and “Unit Verification” report (Operator Interface).
E.g. The “Unit Verification” report will check if a scanned unit has completed and PASSED all Test Operation specified.
The “Total process yield” will use the Test Operation (Process) with highest Index to calculate Yield.

Unit Verification Rules can be specified for a Product Group, Part Number or Part Number and Revision, then select one or several Test Operations applicable for the selection.
Registered product operations are displayed in a table. Both Part Number and Revision may contain wildcard characters.
