Edit KPI (Yield) Targets

A KPI target is an indicator for how well a specific yield is compared to your goals. The KPI targets are displayed visually in several reports like Product Yield and Dashboard. Often as a graphical indicator in a chart. To edit the KPI Targets, browse to Control Panel > Process & Control > KPI Targets

To add a new click New target, and edit the values directly in the grid. KPI Targets are specified Yield type, process, as well as part number and revision (supporting wildcards). Specify the warning and alarm levels in %.
