A bug fix has been done, and a new version will be rolled out to all WATS Accounts. This will start from UTC 00:00 and the next hours.

This incident applies to WATS Accounts with enabled "Enforce two factor authentication" on version 2025.2.5.471. We are working on releasing a bug fix. Meanwhile, if you experience connection issues, the workaround is to disable this setting.

There might also be issues registering new WATS Clients, if so use "Register client token" instead of username\password. This applies to all WATS Accounts on version 2025.2.5.471.

WATS Accounts may experience issues registering/connecting WATS Clients. We are investigating the problem and working on the issue. We will post updates as soon as we have identified the root cause of this issue.
