While the majority of services are fully operational, we are still observing some instability in certain instances. This is due to DNS updates taking longer than expected, as some DNS servers are caching more aggressively than others.

We have identified the root cause issue related to a domain update. WATS accounts are coming back to normal operations. However, some DNS updates may take longer time (hours) to complete. We will continue to stabilize the service and monitor the situation and get back with further updates.
