End support for Test step yield & analysis and Process capability analysis

The Test step yield & analysis and Process capability analysis reports will be discontinued in WATS version 25.2

WHY?

The new Test step analysis will combine the 2 reports in one and also introduces new design and several new and enhanced features. Also, the new report is based on new technology, allowing WATS more features and improved security.

WHAT IS THE IMPACT FOR YOU AS A CUSTOMER?

Starting from WATS Server version 25.2, you can no longer access the Test step yield & analysis and Process capability analysis reports. Please use the Test step analysis report instead.
