Most of the WATS accounts are now running as normal. We will continue to monitor until all accounts are stable.

The root cause of the incident has been identified, and we are working on solving the performance issues. The main reason for the issues is a bug related to a background job in the databases which was included in this week's hotfix.
We will update this service incident when all instances run as expected again.

Some WATS accounts cannot log in or experience slow performance. We are investigating the problem and working on the issue. We will post updates as soon as we have identified the root cause of this issue.
