All services should be up and running again. 

The root cause of the web portal outage was identified as an expired certificate that was responsible for securing communication between users and our web servers.

The expiration occurred due to oversight in our certificate management process.
We will implementing preventive measures to further enhance our system's resilience and avoid similar incidents in the future.
